Payment Options

We use PayPal for credit card processing.  You do not need a PayPal account, but if you have an account you can pay with that method as well.

During the checkout process you will see an option to pay directly with a credit card or to use your existing PayPal account..

 

Shipping

All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking numbers for each order are emailed to you when the package is picked up from our location.

Returns

If you need to return a product for any reason please contact us at info@blackdiamondjewelrydesign.com.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Typical repairs include:
